Yoga & Mindfulness for Healing

WORK WITH ME

Your body holds memory.

It carries the weight of grief, the echoes of trauma, and the patterns of survival. Sometimes words can’t reach those places—but breath, movement, and presence can.

As a certified yoga teacher and therapist, I integrate yoga and mindfulness into therapy for clients across Colorado. These practices are never about perfection or performance. They are about meeting yourself gently, right where you are.

Why Yoga in Therapy?

  • Soften Anxiety: Breath and movement can help regulate the nervous system when the mind feels chaotic.

  • Reclaim the Body: For trauma survivors, yoga can be a pathway to safety and reconnection.

  • Restore Presence: Mindfulness helps you live in this moment, not only in the echoes of the past.

  • Integrate Healing: Therapy becomes not just intellectual, but embodied.
