Depth Therapy Intensive
$1,000 | 5–6 weeks
A focused psychotherapy container for clients who want to go deeper than traditional weekly therapy.
Includes:
8 psychotherapy sessions (50 minutes each)
Optional somatic grounding at the beginning of sessions
One written depth-psychology formulation or reflective summary

Yoga Therapy and Nervous System Support

A body-centered approach focused on regulation, resilience, and restoring a sense of safety in the nervous system.
Includes:
6 yoga therapy sessions (60 minutes each)
2 psychotherapy sessions (50 minutes each) to contextualize patterns and experiences
A personalized home practice and recommendations

Psychotherapy and yoga therapy are distinct services with different scopes of practice.
Yoga therapy is not psychotherapy and does not replace mental health treatment.
Packages must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe (typically 8–12 weeks).
Packages are non-refundable once begun, with humane exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
