Therapy Services Across Colorado
Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone.
It might feel like untangling the knots of shame, finding your voice after years of silence, or reconnecting with your body after trauma.
My services are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you want traditional therapy, body-based practices, or even the insight of the stars.
Individual Therapy
A safe, affirming space for you to bring all of yourself. We’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck—anxiety, trauma, grief, or the echoes of narcissistic abuse—and learn to listen to what your nervous system is trying to say. My PhD research centered on shame recovery in LGBTQ clients, and that work continues in every session: creating compassion where shame once lived.
Couples Therapy & LGBTQ+ Divorce Support
Relationships can be beautiful, messy, and sometimes heartbreaking. For lesbian and LGBTQ+ couples, divorce or separation carries unique challenges—around identity, family, and belonging. I offer guidance through these transitions with care, helping you grieve, find clarity, and reimagine what comes next.
Support for Transgender Clients
I have been deeply honored to walk alongside transgender clients—those firmly rooted in their identity, and those exploring transition. This is a space where your truth is affirmed, where you don’t have to explain why it matters, and where your journey is respected as sacred.
Yoga & Mindfulness Integration
Healing isn’t only about talking—it’s also about feeling safe in your own body. Yoga and mindfulness practices can help regulate anxiety, release what trauma has held, and bring you back to yourself. These practices are gentle, trauma-sensitive, and always adapted to your comfort.
Astrology-Informed Sessions
Astrology has always been a part of my life. Trained by my mother, I now integrate chart work into therapy when clients are curious. It’s not about prediction—it’s about reflection. Astrology can reveal cycles, affirm your intuition, and give language to experiences that feel beyond words.
